The Process

STEP 1

Bring Your Existing Hardware

Reuse your existing digital wall displays, TVs and kiosks. If your device has an HDMI port and you have HD or higher screen resolution, your device will work with our media player. Most commercial displays from the last decade fit these basic requirements. Confirm that you have standard power and an internet data feed. Upon receipt, all you’ll need to do is plug in the media player to your display.

STEP 2

Select a Software Package

We make managing your digital directory software effortless. Choose the directory software and features you want from 4 best-in-class directory content packages. Whatever package you choose will contain our core directory features including standard listings, infotainment and news, weather forecast and financial tickers, plus a digital slideshow of images and announcements. From there, our premium and advanced directory features bring the directory experience to life.

STEP 3

Curated Design Selection from an Expert Team

Once you select the feature package you want—Interact, Engage or Inspire—and place your order, we’ll reach out to start your curated design onboarding. We’ll step you through choices for the features you chose, screen type, screen orientation and number of listings you have. You’ll give us your logos, brand colors, listings, messaging content and other content. We’ll recommend design choices that fit your screen size, touch/static, and amount of content that you have.

STEP 4

Receive Your Content-Ready Media Player

After you approve the design, we’ll do the rest. We’ll populate your content within the design, set up your login, and load your media player. We’ll quality check the content and pack up the parts you’ll need including a mounting bracket, power cord, and installation instructions. Then, we’ll ship your media player. Plug it in and connect it to the Internet. Now, you can maintain your content using any mobile or internet-connected device.

STEP 5

Unlimited Updates, Forever Warranty

What’s great about TouchSource Express is that your software is covered with unlimited remote support and your media player is perpetually warrantied. If the media player fails or gets old, we ship you a new one. You won’t have to hassle with unexpected budget costs if your directory media player suddenly goes out when it’s out of warranty. Replacing your digital display with a new one of the same size and aspect? Just move our device to your new display.

Display Compatibility
